Shipping & Returns

All products we sell on the site feature designs by The Line. The items are packaged and sent from our studio in Electric Theatre Collective in London. We take care in making sure that all the items are in good condition as they leave the studio. Unfortunately we can't be held responsible if items get damaged in the post. All of our prints and posters come without frames. If you are unsatisfied with what you've received, get in touch with us and let us know what's wrong. We will try our best to make sure you're happy.

So that means if you buy a few more items, we'll send them together and the shipping cost will work out cheaper for you. The items are sent by Royal Mail Signed for 1st class within the UK and Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for International orders. Delivery time depends on your location, but allow 1 - 3 business days for UK deliveries and 5 - 7 for international orders after the order has been processed. We process our orders a few times every week so allow 3 working days from ordering to shipping.

We cannot accept returns at this point. All purchases are final. If something went wrong with your order get in touch and hopefully we can sort it out.
